I got a new Notebook, an allrounder with ATi Express 200M.

When entering BZFlag, it selects the poorest quality and runs at 1fps, sometimes 0fps, sometimes even like 3fps.

Quake3 runs at 50fps or so, and also Warcraft3 is running quite fine.

I think that it would be really nice to have a portable version, so you could stick just BZFlag on a USB flash drive. I don't want the linux or anything, but I saw some other neat portable apps and I thought that a portable BZFlag would be nice too. You would need the possibility to change the &quo...

The project sounds very interesting, but I wonder if it would work in my school. I mean with the network, I'm not sure how the Address releasing works. And if a BZAnywhere would work.
We have Celeron 2,4Ghz and a Springdale Intel Extreme Onboard GPU.
