ok well thanks for the info guys, I guess I just want to be able to do my part for the community. Oh I do hang out every now and again on the #bzflag channel on freenode, I just keep running out of caffeine to stay there all the time.

Yeah that and a fresh install helped fix my segmentation problem, I was forced to reinstall, because somehow my /dev/console became corrupted. But thank god my backups!

Thanks I'll try that, once I get my system back out of the "partitioning graveyard", the good news is that my file system is intact. Oh well! :)

segmentation fault on global login

hey I've been trying to migrate over to the global login. I can do local logins fine, but when I do global logins to any server I get a segmentation fault. I have both a debianized bzflag package and the bzflag source installed of 2.0.8. my system is amd64 3200+ 1GB DDR, debian 3.1 64bit. Any advice...
