How do I know the message I am recieving is a private or public message(Message sent to everyone) ??

Lag Problem
I play in borrego.hepcat.org:5154, always get a lag of 300ms, so I am kicked of after 3 server warnings. I play from India, so I guess this lag problem, even if I play with 1 Mbs broadband. I am planning upgrade my Broadband, but in the mean time is there anyway I can avoid this server kicking me ou...
