Re: By request, server rotation bash script

This thread is pure gold, every time I need to write a 'for a in *' script in batch, this is where I start, with a copy and paste of DTR's script :)
If only I had the foresight to bookmark it instead of searching for it each time...

Impending Doom....

Hey, I moved house around a year ago and was surprised afterwards to get a PM asking what happened to the BZWTools site. I didn't realize at the time people were still using it, so this time I'm giving a heads up. My server is suffering from terminal old age :rip: and has been downgraded to light du...

My DNS host is trying to screw me over...

As a result of which you may notice that stuff is no longer available from the original URL's. I didn't even realise people were still using the site 'till the server went down an I got some PM's. Anyhow, if you can't find owt, it's still there, just replace 'teppic.homelinux.net' with 'liquid.me.uk...

That'd be an absolutely amazing day lol. ~~snip~~ That being said, Tepic's right. If your background isn't in this area, you probably just think we're nuts. Which we are. But that's a different issue :) I like to think that I'm a fairly competent at basic physics, and I have studied some quantum ef...

Sparky1: If hbar (no symbol on the KB) was 10, would it be safe to cut open a water melon (200mm across with pips weighing in 0.1 gram) ? Once the whole BZ community can explain the answer, I'll help you write the code for Quantum Physics flags, at least then people would have a chance of understand...

To be honest I would have told the were to go, the are whole pools of unused ipv4 addresses being sat on by Incs etc. with no real use. There isn't really a shortage ATM, just the fallout of previous bad managment.

Considering the date of posting, maybe you *should* tell them where to go.

Useless flag is a keeper, every time I get it I can kill 5~6 other tanks before I get shot. Other tips: Don't go flag harvesting on CTF maps, it'll annoy the players on the other team, and you'll likely get targeted with or without a decent flag. It can annoy teammates too, when you have dropped eve...

What's so hard about cd <directory> and make uninstall? You have to keep the source directory around to un-install it. This sounds trivial to start with, but before long you have loads of them, then you need to keep a log of what you have installed and it's dependencies. You are better off building...

Ratfink, why don't you read some RPMbuild tutorials and make the RPM yourself, then you can contribute it to a repository for all the other RedHat users.

I've seen this before when you use the same verts to make both faces. Just make it a very thin cube
