/set on local servers

How can I change variables using /set when I am on my own offline server playing with bots? When I enter a /set command I am told I do not have permission. But if Im not on a online public server then how do I not have permission to change something?

I haven't played BZFLAG in awhile, therefor forgot a few flags. How do I bring it back to when I grab a flag it tells me what its purpose is?

Thanks

Thanks guys. I was wondering this because you see some Miniclip and other websites games written in html for the public to post that game to their website. I know BZflag is more complex then these games so it would be harder to do. I also know it would never be as great as playing in the real client...

BZFLAG in html

I think it would be cool if the bzflag client could also be written in an html code so people could post the game onto their website. Is this possible?

I liked all the silvercat maps and the way the server was run. Now two really good servers will be gone:-(, Constitution's tunnels and Silvercat. Thanks SilverFox for a great server!

How do you do the server log out messge. Like when someones logs out sometimes the server says "person" has logged out and then shows some personal message.
