Re: Bzbb Registration Required for Spawning on Match Servers

Hello Council members,
sorry if I'm being a dunce, but I've been invited to play (I had some messages appear last time I spawned), only i can't seen to figure out where I need to go to make this happen/what I need to do to legitimize this.
Many Thanks,
Mr Fox

Re: bzflag won't load

Thanks all for the detailed help. I had already looked there but on looking again i noticed a folder that was labelled with a series of random numbers. When i opened it, it contained files that were obviously bzflag but which had corrupted names. I don't know what has happened but i guess that's why...

Re: bzflag won't load

well, there is no bzflag folder in app. support. If I look in the package contents I can find quite a few config files under the SDLframework folder but they are all .h not .cfg ....
I have searched the rest of the mac and there is no trace of anything bz anwhere else. I'm stumped.

bzflag won't load

Hi,

whenever I launch bzflag, it only loads a black screen from which i have to force quit. Have tried re-installing it but the same thing happens. Any ideas? I'm running version 2.0.10 on OSX 10.5.6.

Re: Voting

I agree with blast. A more integrated system would be great including reasons for a ban and a pdf explaining it to privates would be helpful for many I'm sure. The most frustrating thing is when most people or a significant number don't take part in a vote and by default cast the decision.

Re: Voting

I've found this too. I always vote where appropriate or issue warnings but can i ever initiate a vote or must it be an admin who does this?

external screen problems

I'm trying to play on my new 32" monitor hooked up to my macbook but when i load bzflag the screen goes blue for a few seconds and then displays only the central portion of the display (like i've zoomed into the picture). Any ideas what is going on and how i can get it to load normally?
