I had this happen recently and it turned out my password somehow got scrambled, I just had to retype my password in and it took - although it sounds like you've tried that already.

I have to admit Gerbil that I can't be included in that group.

I've failed at 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 (not too hot with gm either)

You are right, there isn't many out there with those attributes anymore.

Sowy all for raising a old post! (fearing the wrath of admin now...)

Goody idea, but whats the fun of being a TEAMMATE all the time? I'll admit, there's no "I" in bzflag, but whats so great about just driving around trying to save other ppl? Not only that, but you have to make sure for that he doesn't lock onto your teamate anyways. didn't suggest to be a ...

looks cool - just wondering if this map might be confused with another map with the same name.

I think Jackel hosts it once in awhile.

I'll wondered what it would be like. I like the first example trepan, but have to admit now it doesn't look so good either. It depends on if someone can easily "block out" or tune out the graphics in the background, or at least tune out what they don't want to see. There are times you want...

Re: for you old timers

Hashmark and Turkey crews Bags Dervish razzberry Defman not sure if Mikkel, RC, Carnage and Lego are old enough :) think I have seen/played with 75% of all the players you mentioned SM, but would like to add to your list (when remembering the Turkey Moongroup dayz) Kernel Panic (Turkey admin) Space...

You're crazy if you came up with that aren't you? I think it speaks for itself!

was tried once, and never took off

I don't remember the specifics, but a well known bzflag player, server host, etc, that went by the name Kernel Panic IRC tried to start something just like this yrs ago. I believe the main prize was going to be a top-end graphics card. If you take some time and search thru the archives here, you sho...

why cant you compile. there must be some reason that it doesnt work... usual habit with installing anything outside of Yast is to read either the INSTALL or README files if they exist - and they usually say to run; ./configure make and make install that hasn't worked for me with bz forever it seems...

Thanks for the new release, but as usual, I can't compile it on Linux.
maybe it's just me, I outta switch distro's or something - couldn't get bz to compile on Mandr___ or suse - running suse 10 now.

Is there a Oblisk version in the works by anyone?

TIA
