I am pretty good at Castle Warfare. my top score on thet is about +85 or so.

Let me re-phrase what i said:
You need a quality mouse, but it is not the only thing to consider when playing with a mouse. You have to think about settings, etc.

There are tons of different styles of maps out there. What really makes or breaks a map for all of you guys? What about the different flags available on the maps and how they perform? (e.g. how far machine gun shoots, how sharp a GM can turn, how many jumps with wings.) Anyways, just wondering what ...

That is a weird looking mouse. oh well. as long as it works...
Anyways, i dont think the mouse matters as much as the way you have the settings. I wouldnt go spending any more than 20 bucks on a mouse for this... just adjust the settings.

Roaming mode can be really helpful sometimes, but how do you move verically? I cant figure that out... Someone please help me here...

I like to use the mouse. You can control it exactly where you want it to go. With the keyboard, you have very limited control.
