Well said. :) Glad I'm not the only one who hates shooting and aiming with the little rodent.

Re: Mouse Vs. Keyboard

I see a lot of ppl say that they've gone from keyboard to mouse, but never the other way around.

I used to use the mouse, and I totally sucked. I switched to keyboard and found it a lot easier. I do use mouse for precision jumping, but I find sniping (which is what I do most) very hard with mouse.

I know! I've done the same thing, and I hate it when people shun the game because it's graphics aren't as advanced as other games.

Re: what flag do you pwn with?

I guess I pwn with ST or Laser, but my favourites would have to be Tiny, WG, and MG, if it's a good map.

Re: what server can you kick butt at?

I do alright on The Two Tanks and Castle Warfare, where I can get a +30-50 pretty regularly, if I hang around long enough. I play on MoFo and MW sometimes, but I'm not too good there.

Re: Who of your bz mates you know in real life?

Letsee, my two brothers play, but neither one is registered, and they're always changing their callsigns. Two of my friends play, "a tank full of holes" and "Beowulf" but I'm pretty sure they're not registered either. So that makes me at four :D

Re: Your definition of a good player.

1) Positive, joyful, and fun. Not necessarily skilled, but makes the game worth while.
2) Whiners, who complain about "lag", etc. People who get mad at accidental tks, and when they tk, say stuff like "you got in my way!".

Re: Local Sever 101

Thanks but, I don't know half the stuff he's talking about. Is there any place that just tells me what to do very simply?

All I want is to be able to play with bots, when my internet connection is down. Know anything that will tell me that?

Local Sever 101

Could someone please tell me how to start my own sever, and play with bots? For one thing, I don't know what this "command line" thing is.

Re: Mouse Vs. Keyboard

Yeah, keyboard. No brainer. I used to use mouse, then I got a laptop, and wanted to try keyboard, and now I can't use mouse.

Mac OS X Lag/Jitter/Packetloss problems

I have a brand-new Macbook, and I just started having these lag/jitter/packetloss problems. My two brothers also play, frequently at the same time as me. You think would have something to do with it? I've never had these problems before.
