Well, interesting. I personally don't like the idea, but maybe it could be done. I don't like it, because if you almost capture the enemy flag, but someone kills you last moment with for ex. stealth and then just passes it back in 2 seconds (or 5, doesn't matter) itcan really kill the games feeling....

How about Turbine or ctf_turbine from team fortress 2? They are very alike.
