Re: Why you play BzFlag
It's free and you don't need a supercomputer to run it. Plus, it's flexible - you can play CTF for an hour or just drop in for a quick 5 minute blast. Fun times all round

Re: Omaha Beach
I'm not usually a fan of themed maps, but this one is pretty cool. Seems a little biased in favour of the defending team (ie the reds), but I guess thats kind of the point. Mines and world weapons are a nice touch, and it looks good, but I don't think i'd come back and play it more than a few times....

Re: The River Rampage
It's a nice map, simple but well laid out. It might be busy for a few weeks, but p...

Re: Mouse Vs. Keyboard
I'm quite surprised that so many players use the keyboard for sniping, I much prefer the close control you get from a mouse - though I guess you could have problems with jitter if you play with high sensitivity, as scorchgeek was saying
Comes down to what you're used to I guess

Re: A thought on "unfair" capping
Personally I find servers with enforced 'even teams' cap rules really frustrating. I'm not advocating that you should cap when teams are 6-2 or similar (which is pretty pathetic really) but I've seen plenty of players simply logging out and then back in to prevent capping. People will always find a ...
