Hello... I am from India. I use 1mbps Broadband connectivity and the connection is internally distributed through a cat6 cabling of 100mbps bandwidth. I get high lag even when with nil downloads going on and also when no other computer is in use. Pls help.

I have:
Wired Broadband Internet Connectivity 512kbps shared mode
LAN : 100mbps
Graphic Card: Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family (on board)

Please tell me what to do to avoid lag

1. Does BZFlag work on Windows 7?
2. What is a LAG? How can it be solved?
