In 2.4.4 and 2.4.6, the chat console stops scrolling when it's not fully scrolled down. This makes it easier to read past messages and events, without having to compensate for all the new content added to the console. The poll system is ready to go and discussions seem finished, so it's not a bad time to make this public. This post however advertised that the league forum would become public by the time the new league launches.

I'd love to see kierra and allejo as members of the admin board. Especially allejo has put a tremendous amount of work to support both leagues that proves his genuine interest for them (e.g. BZiON, the league plugin, this subforum), and he can serve as the technical guy on the administrator board :)...

All team join/leave/change leader events will be recorded on the new league site. Even though they are not visible to admins at the moment, it would definitely be very easy to add a feature to show them if needed.

"Spawn only" just sounds like a fancier name for muting players to me... it doesn't sound bad to mute players instead of imposing a harsher ban on them.

Although I wonder how muted players are going to ask to "2in".
Maybe it would make sense to only allow a strict subset of words?

I agree with gorgomol and suggest showing and emphasising a default match length for every map (20 for duc, 30 for GU) that will be the starting point for match scoring (i.e. a multiplier of 1), and from there you could go on with a common method (like proportional ratings, so for example you'd get ...

Apparently, both GU and ducati use the same basic formula, with the only difference being the multipliers each league uses for its match lengths (ducati's are 0.75 for 15 minutes, 1 for 20 minutes and 1.5 for 30 minutes, while GU uses ~0.67 for 20 minutes and 1 for 30 minutes). kierra's suggestion w...

About match lengths, do we have to enforce the same lengths for all maps? Although I haven't played matches in rarer ones, it looks to me like each map can have its own pace (fig's hix is an example that's more suited to shorter matches).
That could be enforced by the LeagueOverseer plugin, too.
