Compiling error

Hello. I'm trying to compile BZFlag on Debian Linux using GCC, and it refuses to work.

cd /bzflag/bzflag-2.4.2/

./autogen.sh
-bash: autogen.sh: Permission denied

sudo ./autogen.sh
sudo: ./autogen.sh: command not found

What am I doing wrong?

Re: Broken bots?

No, I wanted to complete my map and test it out first. I might make a few more revisions, but its fairly close to being finished.

Re: Broken bots?

Perhaps there's no real ground for them to get to? Dunno if the -solo bots can handle combat above the ground. As a matter of fact, they are above ground. Must be the problem. TY Bots are dumb (literally), get volunteers to help you test. Problem is, I cant host my server because of the restriction...

Broken bots?

Hello.

I'm making a server to be hosted by BZAddict, and I'm trying to test it, but the bots don't seem to be working. They spawn, move around (mainly in circles), but don't shoot at each other or me.

How do I fix this?

Re: Raspberry Pi port

Well, my Pi has 512MB, I just got it a couple of weeks ago. Maybe ill put some work into it in the future. I just wanted to ask if it was at all possible before I spend weeks doing a rewrite! Thank you for your responses.

Raspberry Pi port

Is it at all possible to port BZFlag to the Raspberry Pi? Raspberry Pi is tiny computer with an ARM11 (ARM V6) CPU, 700MHz, 512MB of RAM, can run a variety of operating systems, mainly Debian Linux, Arch Linux, and RISC OS. It does have OpenGL ES

Any chance of getting BZFlag to run on this?

Callsign Lookup

Hello I was playing on Apocalypse and I_Died_Once did this interesting little trick. He posted a list of all of my previous call signs on the chat. I forgot to screenshot it before I left, and i would like to have that list back. There are some funny names I have used that I've forgotten about. Is t...

Re: Server name is blank

Forget it then. I have had thoughts in the past about switching to Ubuntu or Linux Mint. So someday... And about my internet service, the people at Verizon have been idiots since day one. Horrible customer service and lousy prices, and we have thought of switching. Does Bright House let you host ser...

Re: Server name is blank

As a matter of fact, i cant find my server anywhere! On the list server, all it says is Enterprise.home (enterprise is the name of my computer). The name of the server is SUPPOSED to be "TheMagicCookies AWESOME server". I cant find either on the list.
