what is the most effective way to dodge?

i usually just jump but now i see that jumping is worse than dodging ccuz they can time you out while you hit the ground,,,

is there anyway you can change the graphics so with oscilation overthruster there are lectroids inside a building =) its a stupid question but it would be pretty awesome!
