It will be a great help if this could manage the Mesh, and directly manage texture on Box or MeshBox in the future.

Hello,
Is that the Mesh are more efficient than the Box on rendering or can cause less Lag for players ?
If its true, if i use a ton of Mesh, What is the maximum size of a bzw file a server can handle ?

Save to a hardcoded file on play? You are lazy :) There is so much more that can be done with editor scripting. It is not im lazy, it was just a test for me, i know there are so much to do with this editor to make map for bzflag or to make bzflag with it. I think Unity was a good idea to make this ...

I have found a map who use stairs with value = 0.25, ill try it.
I try to work with BZWorkbench but I have a problem when I make box with color material (no texture), work fine on BZWorkbench , I see it, but not when I launch the map with bzfs.

How I can make climbable stairs without jump ?
The only one solution I have found, its to make box with Size Z = 0.2 and I stack these box.
