yes, the board here will have *alot* of info - just look around. Another thing to consider, is get yourself a pizza (or whatever) and join a popular server as an observer. I don't know the commands available to an observer off the top of my head - but get to know those as well. You can switch betwee...

same problem here on opensuse10.2 IRC, I fixed it on another system awhile back that was 10.2 also, I think I just killed beagle and beagled and all those things that start with "z" - though I'm not positive that's what did it. This time around, I just live with it and wait the 10 to 20 se...

same here, I liked the map changes but the flaming walls were annoying when I actually used the main window to line up my sight with another player across the field (radar 90% of the time is the only way to play) If possible, a client side over-ride or someway to disable the flaming walls or backgro...

used to play there alot in the past. the map used to change on a regular basis - I believe it was done by a script of some sort. I don't mean the server changed to a different map, I mean the map itself changed slightly every week/month/forget the cycle. But I thought it was done by a script which i...

after pressing 7, I usually right click my mouse to select which player to hunt, then I left click to select that player.

Not sure about keyboard use when selecting someone for the hunt.

I haven't used them in some time, but check out the "tabs" on top of the chat window.

it's been so long I even forgot how to change or cycle thru the tabs.

But I remember those tabs help control what shows up in the chat window.

hope this steers you to a workable solution.

I heard about that, but I would think mp3's would be too big. And how would you have other people hear it without setting up connections between clients. And wouldn't playing the sounds through the server would create a lot of strain for the server? Could you use Midi's instead?. not sure I would w...

one reason I'll purposely tk is if a teammate steals a flag from me.

I've been known to give a flag to somebody on my team, just don't steal it from me lol

Since I'd rather not start another tread, is there any way to set the hunt function so that it automatically selects any tank that has a certain flag, like stealth? If not, are there any mods for such a thing? setting a stealthed tank for the hunt would do you no good, since a tank with st doesn't ...
