Shots limitation bug with GM

Hi,

There is a little problem with shot limitations (ie flag autodrops after X shots).
When you fire your last GM, you can't (re)target anymore. I missed a kill and died because of that, yesterday.

I think I have a better idea.
Just use more than one rabbit.
When a hunter kills a rabbit, he becomes a rabbit, the rabbit becomes a hunter.
So you can have, say 3 rabbits, 7 hunters, and the game would be great fun.

Levitation: if you jump, you don't stay in the air. That's the point.
But I totally agree, Afterburner is better because it's easier to understand, which is the whole point of BZflag (easy to understand).

A name, indeed, isn't necessary.
But it's far more easy to reference textures with a name rather than with a number. Just use names, your maps will be easier to make and modify.

IMHO, Wings with more than 1 jump is totally annoying. You already have the ability to drive while in air, which is a *huge* advantage. Why would you power the flag up a level by adding flaps?
Hepcat became a lot less interesting when the number of flaps increased :cry:

Hi,

I suggest that mappers practise 2.0 map making with the default textures. You can colorize them dynamically, so there isn't a real need for new, fancy textures for the moment.
