Hell Ya, it will be ready when it is ready... :) Good to see some of the old folks are still active! P2501 is ready at least it runs stable (for me) since 2003. Still missing is a quite bunch of stuff - a decent menu, server announcement, better models and textures (remember - P2501 did use Milkshap...

Should work - 32 bit apps will run without (much) troubles as long as they stick to the rules. Also Panther is not pure 64 bit - it includes support for 64 bit if your hardware (G5) allows. This support will come even in 10.2 (Jaguar) with 10.2.7.

You must understand the difference between implemenation and idea. A patent will protect an idea, e.g. Imagine someone patented the formula 'plus' - if anyone uses 'plus' the patent holder can sue his pants off. E.g. by typing in this calculator "2" "+" "2" "="...

Off Topic but important

Sorry to post something not BZFlag related - at least not directly - to this forum. Very soon now (8. May) the European Union Parliament will decide if software patents become valid in the EU. In fact this would mean (if the current resolution goes through unchanged) that even publishing free or Ope...
