I'll explain a bit... You start your server with a batchfile or with a long command. I do it thislike: C:\bzflag\bzfs.exe -conf "C:\bzflagstuff\configs\config.conf" If you want to have log files, use this: C:\bzflag\bzfs.exe -ts -dd -conf "C:\bzflagstuff\configs\config.conf" > C:\bzflagstuff\log\Log...

You should use your public IP-Adress or your DynDNS as public address in order to have the server working.

Check your Firewall /Router for Port forwarding.

You'll get the @,

if you added yourself to the local.admin group.
Therefore, you need to enter /password serverpass

I played it the last year, but then stopped for 3-4 month.
Now, i'm playing it again.

I'm not the person, who has the best score, but it's fun to play it.

Your system is similar to mine...

And i've got a similar Framerate (FPS).

You should check the DirectX Version and perhaps, you should update it.

Check, if 3D Acceleration is turned on.

Go to Start -> Run...

enter "dxdiag" and press enter.

You should try to update your video driver, too...

Problem: BZFlag beta 2.0.5b7 crashes after a short time.

I compiled the new BZFlag Version from CVS (on Debian stable, Kernel 2.6). After starting it in a console, it always says: libpng warning: Extra compressed data. libpng warning: Extra compression data And after 2-5 minutes, it crashes, saying: Speicherzugriffsfehler I don't know the english word for...

  diffuse 0.5 0.5 0.5 0.5
end

meshbox
  position x y z
  size a b c
  rotation x
  matref lookthrough
end
I didn't test it, but try :)
