BZInfo Webservice

I've just released an inital test version of a XML-RPC webservice for getting info about running BZFlag gameservers. The website has all the details: http://www.alex-moore.co.uk/software/bzinfo It's currently in beta/test so if you feel like giving it a shot, that would be great. I've also posted a ...

Just came across this from the mozilla site:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/visualc/vctoolkit2003/

Looks like M$ are offering a free download of a comand line compiler plus libs  ... haven't had the time to check it out yet but wondered if anyone else had and what they thought?

BZFlag is a great game and I've lost many countless hours to it and met some really great people (Mofo, Wulf, Naughty #9 etc) along the way. Any Open Source proj...

I'm building a test distribution on the CVS source (25/10/2004) but get the following errors about redefining Math constants in common.h overriding math.h: Compiler: Default compiler Building Makefile: "C:\Documents and Settings\Alex\My Documents\programming\c++\cvs\bzflag\Dev-C++\Makefile.win" Exec...

I'm happy to test the new client and can also build for Win32 (using DC++)... I'm just having a few compilation problems at the mo, when I get it up and running I can post a nightly build to my website (if that's OK/legit) so that people can download it..

Arrogance

Is it me - or does there seem to be a lot more arrogance from players than there used to be? I was playing in Pie 10 shot and was accused of having no skill by the top scoring player just because I wasn't running all over the place playing like a pro .... And that's what really gets me - for ...
