bzfs crash on exit
Love the tails on the bullets. Just jumped from May to latest code, lots of fun stuff. I don't know if my configuration specifically was causing the crash, but this fixes it (erase returns the iter after listIt, so effectively already incremented for you). I assume this is fine for such a small chan...

Libtool 2.2
I upgraded my linux box to Kubuntu 8.10 beta and it looks like they've bumped the version of libtool they are using to 2.2, which doesn't seem to work with the mainline of bzflag. Unfortunately, I'm not wise in the ways of libtool. Could someone give me a hand? thanks /bin/bash ../../libtool --silen...

Night time playing
I love it, but I usually play at lunch and the end of the workday. What's the easiest was force my server to always show night-time. I was thinking I could modify the timezone bzfs thinks its running in, but before I look that up, I thought I'd see if there was another option I might be missing. tha...

duplicate entries in server list
I'm running bzfs on winXP, and I'm getting duplicate entries in the public server list, one for my publicaddr setting, and one with my hostname.

Game time limits
So, I decided to put my server up on the public list to get some outside talent besides my coworkers and I. We run with seven minute games (helps remind us to get back to work after a game or two). The problem I have is that it appears that the public list's querying of the system causes the timer t...

Strange interaction
A coworker of mine has a very odd side effect recently from playing BZFlag (we're currently using 2.0.4, server linux, client Windows XP). After playing BZ, he can no longer access Outlook or any of our network shares that are authenticated on the company domain, he can't even access Outlook Web Acc...

Well, if I wrote the tool, it would be with bz code, and I'd submit it, and now you'd have picky players all over the world doing the same thing. Perhaps a better plan would be to make website which on the backend would occasionally log in and get detailed information. Then people could look for inf...

Fine-grained Server Search
I love _shotsKeepVerticalVelocity. Playing without it drives me crazy. I've done some searching, but I don't see anything on this subject. Is there a way to search for sites with some setting activated? I'd guess there are people who feel similarly about other settings. Is this even reported for the...

Flag Stealer plugin
I've made a plugin we enjoy on our work server. Here's the README.txt We play short 7 minute FFA games, max player score of 7. In a situation like that, someone getting and keeping a flag like GM or L can just ruin things. So, this plugin steals your flag after you kill someone, unless your score is...
