Re: Farewell from Bzbattleground
Thank you ahs3 for all of the fun and dedication you have provided the bzflag community over the years with your servers. There was never a time when I was not able to have fun on your servers. They were always a blast. It has been an honor to play and enjoy your servers and to help you on maps, plu...

Re: Debate on Sigonasr2's Server Rules.
I have to disagree. Sure these rules are unfair to some(namely those who want to talk). But sigonasr has every right to ban anyone he wants(here): http://my.bzflag.org/bb/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=3552 Also, it is perfectly logical that sigonasr does not want people talking on his servers(it can be v...

Re: Problem playing BZFlag on small screens
I agree with october rust. With small screens/resolutions the radar is very small and its very difficult to dodge. Why omit a perfectly good feature when people with small screens are disadvantaged against people with big screens? Since the change to make full screen radar is as simple as adding one...

3D object website
Here is a website with many cool looking 3D resources. Some may be too large for bzflag use. Re: BZFS Compatibility Issues
The server version: BZFS0026 shows that the server you ran is 2.0.x versions. You must have two different bzfs installed on the same computer. Try bzfs -version.

Re: Error ::: Unable to position flags on this world. :::
My suggestion to you is to build your map up a step at a time. Start with a few objects... test... add a few more... test... add a few... When it doesn't work you will know WHY or at least WHAT broke it and can fix it yourself. Then if you are stuck, you will be able to ask more directed questions....

noradar bumping bug
This bug exists in both 2.0.x and 2.3.15. When noradar is set on a boxbuilding, it renders it unbumpable. I wouldn't think that setting a box 'noradar' would make bzflag convert it to a mesh, but who knows?

Real CTF addition.
Ever played real Capture the flag where the other team does not know where the flag is? Well I propose that we add a new server option '-hf' which hides flags on radar. This would create a real CTF game option. I have already inserted the needed code to my local SVN stack to add this functionality. ...

Re: Ideas for Image/Resource hosting site
It would be nice to have every image 'tagged'(like they do in blogs) so that if it was wood(or any other category, or multiple), the uploader would tag his image as 'wood' and then you could browse a corresponding category. You could even have a tree browser with categories.
