(resists posting Phoenix Wright's "Take That!") It's in the wiki project ideas, namely here: Two-player tanks * Make modifications to the game such that it is optionally possible (e.g. via a server configuration) to allow multiplayer tanks where one player can only drive and the other can ...

You mean some sort of turret? But it takes the shots fired from
other people, and uses those.
Actually, from what I can gather, there's a much better turret being implemented.
There would be no need for this flag.

And on top of that, think of where the mine would be.
If you were running from someone and you fire, guess what's gonna happen?

Ah, but then it becomes a flag of instant death, which is also against
the flag type restrictions.

.obj is usable, as the "modeltool" program uses it.
I don't know it's location on the forums, however.

I'd like 2 things from this: A nice long undo "log" (you can undo a lot of things you did, if necessary) And be able to place 2.0 map objects (one-way drive-thru walls, circular arch teleporters, stuff like that) I'm sure everyone would like these. :D BTW, I think what you are doing is gre...

I like this, actually.
However, I'm not sure this should be included as a kind of "rabbit hunt" style of play.
It sounds like a whole new style.

Heh, I was playing the warzone multiplayer demo before I found BZflag.

Seeing that the two are merging, it's odd, but cool!

The only reason I was playing a demo was because I couldn't find a copy anywhere

I like that idea

For the turrets, just have some sort of one-way shooting bunker with the flag in there.
Like the ones used in L4m3r's "The Compound".

As a matter of fact few players of bzflag use a joystick/gamepad. I use a racing wheel at times  It works well too! A few words on joystick/gamepad/racing wheels on BZFlag. Make sure the device is connected BEFORE opening BZFlag. Make sure BZFlag detects it(in the input section of options)...

I can try and make some
I'll use Win XP's tank models to demonstrate.
I apologize if it seems as if I'm taking over the idea.

EDIT: I dunno how to save renders, how do you?

Why not have the graphical changes as model add-ons?
An example:
When someone gets GM,the rocket launcher is added to the tank(NOT the tank model changes)
If he drops the flag, the add-on disappears.
The basic tank model doesn't change, something is just put on top of it.

Anyone like this idea?

Two ships, by Big Cheese, I think. I have a copy of the map around somewhere...
[EDIT]-{yeah, I have one, but is has a lot of options cut out. I think my
BZFS was choking on them, so I got rid of them. If you want it, just say so.
This one has red and blue modern arcraft-carrier ships in water.
