I agree too.

Are you going to release a CTF version too?

Thank you

Since they did not post a screen shot, I had to get this map up and running.

You asked for a screen shot, you got it.

As you can see it is a bunch of trees.

Sample groups and permissions file(s)

While reading the sample config file, it talks about groups and permissions.

How about at a Sample groups and permissions File(s) that is/are provided?

Sample Server Variables File

While reading the sample config file, it talks about the Server Variables.

But it does not list all of the Server Variables and as how to the Server Variables.

How about at a Sample Server Variables File that is provided?

Re: Quick keys issue

Yes, those seem to be hard coded. You can change the behavior if you'd be okay with modifying the code and compiling. The actual handling of quick keys is in the doKeyPlaying function in playing.cxx and the menu text is defined in QuickKeysMenu.cxx . A simple change might just be changing the code ...

Quick keys issue

REF as it relates to Bzflag = https://wiki.bzflag.org/Quick_keys #1 Currently if I press a) ALT+F1, it is like I pressed the Start Button/Kicker. b) ALT+F2, up comes the run command. For those two REF based upon my OS, see http://www.comfsm.fm/~dleeling/tech/lubuntu-lxde-openbox-desktop-keyboard-sho...

By the way, for those who are wondering of the license, it is included within the map file.(GPLv3, if I'm not mistaken.)
Yep, confirmed.

Re: Breizh Wall

Without anyone needing to setup a server, after getting the file, in the file look for the keyword weapon and see that it/they says trigger oncap. And other that, no other weapons are preset.

Re: Breizh Wall

Looks like you were going for the "Classic" BZFlag sort of feel. Are all the blocks weaponized? It looks like based on the screenshot your tank will explode if touching them and I didn't pull up the world file yet. I downloaded this map, got a local server running with this map, got bzflag to solo ...

Another update.

#1 Was pointed to Convert BZEdit Teleporter Links - now online!

#2 Used it and converted the map.

#3 Raised one teleporter (the one that was at position 0 0 150)

Yeah again nice map except that the teleporter's links are not working. For the public server, they do not have any teleporters. Re: The Lair - CTF

In the meantime as I wait a reply from the author or helper(s), I spot a problem with the teleporters. a) First after I downloaded the file, I put all of the teleporters and links at the end of the file so that it is easier to view all of them together. b) I told my web client/browser to view the fi...

Re: The Lair - CTF

#! I'm not exactly sure, but I'm assuming you wish to be able to use the teleporter without having to jump. If so, you will very likely need to lower/raise the teleporters and make some adjustments to them. #2 I'm not sure if this will help, but try commenting out the 'name' field from the teleport...

Re: Missing some config into

I do not mean to bump this thread, but I have an update. Confirmed what I guessed is true. For example... #1 As root ( more than likely using SUDO - instead of su to switch to root ) : a) I went to /home/test/.bzf/cache/ and created a back up of the file BZFS0221_1-Servers.bzs with only one Favorite...

Ok. Confirmed as to what kind of file it is. xxd per a Google (or another online search engine) open a binary file in linux Unknown for sure if is it not possible to edit manually. Re: Missing some config into

The last server is stored in your config. Confirmed. :) Line/entry: set server For example set server helit.org The favorites are stored in one of the cache files, if I recall correctly, maybe BZFS0221_1-Servers.bzs. Very odd because all I see in there with a text editor is 01.bztank.net:5154 and y...

Is this limited to only games that one likes to play?

If so, I also like to play OpenTTD.

If not, I like to help people solve their port forwarding and other networking problems/issues.

Re: BZFlag inspired game under development

#1 Great that you offer Windows and Mac, but what about Unix/Linux?

#2 If the source code is how one gets to work on Unix/Linux, then:

a) Is it only for 64bit or also for 32bit?

b) What does one need to do to create from source code?

Thank you
