THe idea is to alter the team score if newer/weaker player going to match. So the player ELO is only calculated/shown in contrast of his team. Thats also very nice to show were a single players stays in the team.

thats not my point, even every clean tank has some tactical posibilities, perhaps drive forward faster than bakward, flags are modify a special capability/posibility. the idea of bzflag is to have flags. Flags are underline the already existing tactical capabilities of tanks. Counterwise every tank without a flag is by definition a normal tank. Your idea break the bzflag idea.

Just to make it clearer. If the teamsite state prehaps teamELO is1200, player A +10, player B -100 (thats the variation from the present teamELO). And A and B won a match, the effektive teamELO for the calculation is 1210+1100/2=1155. That number goes into the calculation for gain points. The result...

every time if i'm going to post, if the button " preview" is on the left side nad the button "submit" is on the right side, not if appers opposite.
After pressing preview both buttons are interchanged, preview right and the submit is left. :roll:

I red it earlier and it was stated in another contect, but i think its so also valid. I believe that everyone should have the right to choose who they want to match and when. Thats a good point. ESp. in the past some teams had a team order not to play matches without the teamleader. IMHO thats rude....
