I still don't think this is good, but you could possibly turn this into a bad flag. When you pick it up, you can't shoot until you reach the antidote for the bad flag. But that would still be pretty hard, to go through a battlefield to reach a flag. Not a implement to the game, but a bad flag.

This is a bad idea. So you have all these people sitting around on the map like lame ducks because they can't move and have no ammo? Or I'm about to capture the flag and run out of fuel just before I get there? No thank you. Not to mention it's just plain annoying.

This could be a problem...

I went on to it, testing it out, got a phantom zone flag on the top floor, zoned myself, fell eight stories, and since there were no teleporters that I could reach, I had to self destruct. Maybe make a few more that phantom zones on the bottom can reach?

Narrow and tiny are quite good against burrow, especially head on. Not too great against laser, but in my opinion, good against guided missile. Go look at all the servers up and running right now. Some servers are based heavily on dodging, others, flag capturing, and some just a freestyle/miscellaneous type. You can base your idea off of maps you already have seen by making it different, or make an entirely new idea or style that we haven't...
