Also, sometimes people feel unsatisfied after a 30-min tie and want to rematch, but don't have the time. Having a 10-min sudden death period if the four (or however many) players agree would be a great compromise.

Always believed teams should have a chance to /poll for a sudden-death overtime if it's a tie, but flags would reset. Issue with an /extend 10 is if one team is riiiight about to cap before the countdown ends in a tie, the team that's about to lose would never do that. Alternatively, you could have ...

It seems that we're submitting several votes for the player's choice nomination. In order to move forward, we also need the Ducati and GU representatives. It seems that the lists for possible representatives of each league are rather short if we limit them to current/former (but still active) league...

I wholeheartedly agree with Frank's posts.

I know we talked about deferring new adminship till after the merger, but if we have those initial 3 people oversee this current process, then they can still choose their structure/new personnel once this is over.

Make it public. I don't even know why this subforum is private in the first place. We're the 30ish who earned the right to establish the new league while others didn't? It seems pretty ridiculous that they get a poll that we made without them and no other input, e.g. whether this should even be done...

My goodness, is there anything League Overseer can't do?

Anyway, that might help quite a bit. At the very least, it'll delay how long it takes everyone to figure out who's what based on the correlation between League Overseer actions and players on a server, heh.

Great ideas. I had a thought that maybe if you're on a team aswell then that team also gets a portion of the points, so, if team A wins and a player is on FF for example, FF gets some points too because really they're not just funmatches and it might promote activity more I think! This is a pretty solid idea. You can match for your assigned team if you want and if not, then it's fine. Probably a great way to get large official/quasi-official matches going.
