After my original release of Incoming seen here: http://my.bzflag.org/bb/viewtopic.php?f=64&t=11562&p=115700&hilit=incoming#p115700 I decided to revisit the idea, after almost 4 years, trying to tune the original idea, with new features of 2.4.0. Re: Error ::: Unable to position flags on this world. :::

And... also in this case there are zones into boxes? And how solve it? I have tried all parameters of size and position... not sure what you mean by "into boxes" but if you mean the zone is inside a box? just resize the zone. A zone is meant to be on top of a box or object, and is rarely over 1 uni...

Re: Different kind of color & drive throught not working

there is also a problem with pyramids and boxes with material references and drivethrough, simply change it to "meshpyr" and it should work fine.

Re: Calzaath's castle FFA

I would take a look at auto-smooth in wings3d, it gives a cleaner look with realistic edges. You can also select edges and choose to make them a 'hard' edge. From the wings user manual: OBJECT MENU | AUTO-SMOOTH This command will find all edges formed by sharp angels and automatically set them to be...

Also If you turn off Colored Shots on your radar it makes GM more noticeable on radar. It also helps with dodging, because its not only the enemy tanks you need to dodge, its all shots. I find colored shots more of a distraction.

the wings3d scaling.....wings3d does percentage scaling not absolute scaling...how can I make sure that the object I create is going to be 175x175? First when you select which object to build from, like cube. click the square box to the right of the object. http://img858.imageshack.us/img858/8112/w...

Infinity Project (Map Collaboration )

Infinity is a map generating ruby script, based on predefined object locations and sizes. It basically selects random objects or groups to place in that position. The idea is a 'infinite' number of map possibilitys inside an existing layout. To see the current version check out: bzbattleground.com:5...

Re: Teleporters

you can also do:

Code: Select all

link
from telebase:*
to teletop:*
end
Which will link randomly between back and front if that matters you need to specify direction.
