I play when I'm bored.... It is incredibly addictive, however I'm not addicted like some of my friends are. But man, It's a FUN GAME!

Plus it works on Linux, unlike the Sims 2. I'm closer to being addicted to that one, though.

I'm PRETTY sure laser and gm sniping by ducatiwannabe... but it might have been this other one that was really cool and I haven't found since. It seems to me there were a lot of huge structures, and pathes in the air... hmm... :?

Interesting... and I also notice you haven't learned to use end marks yet. This is a FORUM, not Yahoo! Messenger. You use proper marks here. But I like the screenshot, very good timing.

Some maps have a thing called "Useless Mine". If you type the command "/mine sw" into the "send to all" prompt, you leave an SW mine. When someone drives over the spot you where left it, it does an SW burst. There are a couple kinds other than SW, but I don't know them,...

On a non-radar map, get cloaking and HOLD STILL! Then you won't make tire marks, or those dust ring thingy-ma-bobbers and you can just sit and pick off the other players. Oh how I DO love that one

I LIKE to think that I'm around a 4 or a 5 ... just pretty dang mediocre, but on the low end of mediocrity. But as with us all, some maps I'm better at than others, like Louman's Mystic Valley (I THINK), and this one that I can't remember the name of, but was fun because the admin, "sv somethin...

Come to think of it, I don't think that tank would last outside at all -- and if it DID it would blow away at the first gust of wind

I use a giant mousebox for maximum speed control. Ratfink set it for me, since I don't do programming and I wanted it bigger than you can set it with the options in the game. Oh, and I use the radar and hud pretty equally.

That tank reminds me of a forwarded email I got one time; "balloon fashion show". Dresses made out of balloons. They were quite pretty, actually. Anyway, I would really hate to have a tank like that in the middle of a bunch of nice, sturdy metal ones that are shooting at me.... ;)

So what?!

What's wrong with flag shopping anyway? I sometimes want a certain flag... say, stealth, to penetrate the enemy base and get the flag, whats the fuss? And it's NOT like I can't use some flags, sometimes I just have a plan that requires a certain flag. Good player qualities: 1. Is polite and respectf...

Mouse

I prefer mouse, myself. I like it probably because it involves little thought. After all, who likes to think outside school?

Welcome!

My favorite place to go used to be red vs. green by strider and blizzard. I found it quite "n00b friendly" and played it a lot until everyone else quit going there. However, if people DID start playing there again that would be a good place to learn. Happy shooting! :)
