Hold the team flag of another team for 30 seconds or more to geno them, but hold it for 1 minute to capture the flag.

When a timed game is started, the first team to cap wins the game. (This only tends to be useful where it's difficult to cap the flag. Short timed game sessions tend to work well with this too.
