When a timed game is started, the first team to cap wins the game. (This only tends to be useful where it's difficult to cap the flag. Short timed game sessions tend to work well with this too. Players can't grab their own teams flags. Mainly an experiment at attempting to speed up CTF play. (I may later attempt a game play experiment based on this.)
