If you are looking the old rules there is a line:
"Maps found on public BZFS servers or websites before or on the 31st of August 2003 should be disqualified."

With a CTF yes can be a tactic.....
If the flag is going to be captured and my team is going to blow up, I can kill my teammates (tks) in this way they can rejoint faster.

you need to write
bzfs -conf c:\server2.conf
and not "bzfs -conf c:\bzconf"
probably is the only problem...can you show to us your script
