The files are both above 1 MB, so you'll have to download it from rapidshare (it is a .zip file). The link is:

Got BZFlag?

Hey guys, This is the first time I've ever attempted anything like this, please notify me of what I can do better. This project is called: got BZFlag? and is modeled off of got Milk? This was the original picture: http://i223.photobucket.com/albums/dd227/SkaterGOD_DOOD23/Gotmilk-original-forforums.p...

I use keyboard all the time unless I'm playing a jumping/climbing game at which point I need more accurate jumping. For keyboard I use right hand for the controlling keys and left hand on enter (shooting) and i key (I to identify). If I need to jump my right hand becomes shooting and left hits tab k...

It would be a nice server for rico, as that could make a nice dodge trainer (the open space is pretty helpful). It looks pretty good, but the flags may make it a bit unfair for such a fairly small map. Otherwise, that's all!

There are many bugs to be fixed, long line and such. I'll just list two, I don't know if you've fixed them yet. 1.) Registered players get everyone's ip (just something wrong with permissions, but can be fixed quickly), although they can't ban. 2.) Dropping a flag over a pyramid (would normally send...

That is a pretty good idea, but perhaps it would be abused. Example: A player kills another team's player with their flag. The player picks up the flag and purposely goes to their base. Then the player's flag flies back to their base and the other team must start over again. Sounds pretty ridiculous...

I'll see if i want to do that, but one comment kinda bugs me... just like in real missile wars It is not my purpose in making this map to make it like missile wars! It is supposed to be its own entity. This map is not affiliated with missile wars in any way . Okay, It's not supposed to be lik...

MOST screenshots are not that big of files ducktape and sir. You can easily export them into jpeg (.jpg) and post them here. That should optimize them to less than 1 MB.

Haha. You can make a map, but not export your file into jpeg? :tired: I think this is too sad for words.

Looks good, I have one suggestion.

Make all the triangles in the middle area have the ability to drive through, just like in real missile wars. That way people can't shoot in but you can shoot out. That'll make for some interesting gameplay. Can't wait!!! :D

I'm very pleased by the outcome and how you coped with it. I can't wait to play on it. There is a perfect amount of open space. You should be very pleased by yourself.

Again, Good job!

Bleh, sorry, If I do make a map it will be in modeler (Lightwave3D). Where it will be exported into Wings3D and then .bzw, at which point (if it is CTF) I don't care about the bases because I either know/don't know they'll be above the ground. You are not mistaken ducati, there are a continuation of...

Yes, that is true. It would be nice for some of us, like ducati, to see the map file. I also agree on the point that no progress looks like it has been made for some time. But maybe we're just not kept up to date with this. If you're really and truely interested [/u] you can probably private message...

Phew, looks very [/u] nice for something made under 46 minutes! One of the only things I detect wrong with it is the name... I don't really get dodgeball. On the other hand, Ricochet works nicely with this map from what I can see. Some good opportunities. A thought would be to make the bases on top ...
