BZEdit can't add flags, you've got to put them in by hand. Open up your map file in TextEdit if you're using a Mac, or Notepad if you're running Windows. Try the map I've attached. One teleporter is outside the playing area, and you can only get halfway into the other teleporter. I don't think your idea will work.

SC.. you can already zoom with binocs, the reload time/range thing has some merit, but since it is a flag the not moving part makes you a sitting duck and no one in their right mind would hold on to the flag I think Stij meant you will still be able to move when you're not zoomed in with the scope....

I just tried it, and I got my mouse wheel to fire when I scroll up. Go to Options->Input Settings->Change Key Mapping->Fire Shot and change it to Wheel Up. It won't fire continuously, you've got to keep scrolling, which is harder to control, for me anyways.

I think I fixed the problem of being stuck on the base. I finally managed to get the problem to happen to me on a LAN game, and after changing the base thickness from .1 to 1 unit it hasn't happened since. While L, SW, and GM are great camping flags, I tend to like BU the best. As long as you keep an eye out for Thiefs, High Speed, and Agility you're pretty safe. Plus, it's cool to see the crisscrossing laser above you when someone gets the rico shot.
