Okay, I have searched the forums, wiki and I can't find BZW Test Launcher. Can someone give me the link?

Okay, so I am having trouble linking teleporters. When I test it with BZWTestLauncher it dosen't work. So what am I doing wrong? I know this is possible but I don't know the codes for this. I want it so that whenever you spawn the server will automatically give you a specific flag.

Any help will be appreciated. Also, I looked on wiki and couldn't find it.
