Re: special flags
I would love to code it, but I am not at that level yet. The most advanced thing i have done is my random generator (in the map editor part of the forum). But I am learning, and will get to that level eventually

could you at least try to be optimistic?
I am learning how to code, (look at my random map editor) and I hope to someday help with the project.

Re: The New Guy
there are no "noob" servers, although missile wars can be very noob friendly is you are cautious.
Planet mofo is the opposite, that is where the pros play, if you join be wary.
As for servers with few players, it all depends on who you are playing against.

no inside points are slightly off, just make 2 boxes, texture them, then stack them one on top of the other, you will get the same effect.

special flags
all of use have seen a lot of (and are probably tired of) requests for flags that would unbalance the game or are too specialized to work in most maps. well how about those flags are put in the game, but they will only be put on the map with special confs. for example +f good{1} would put in the sam...

and if you still cant figure it out, look at examples.
Almost all the maps in the map realeases section have the map file with them. Just pick a simple one, and open the map file in notepad.

I tried it. Its a little too big in my opinion, but there was some exciteing hide and seek in there.
Its very nicely textured, looks like a real cave.
Great Job

Re: Map making without coding skills.
Mapping by hand is easy ans Bambino said. just get out some graph paper (or normal paper with lines) draw some boxes and then use the box code above changing positions and sizes in order to fit the graph. If you think sound crazy visit one of my servers (fairgrounds especially). It was entirely hand...

Re: Private WiFi Server
by billboard do you mean a picture that is in the map, a picture that is always on in front, as if it is part of the hud, or a picture that is only seen when you first join the server?
or... are you asking how to just do a picture of any kind?

Re: random generator
It's not that. Something weird happened when compiling so it worked the first day and now it doesn't work. As for the command line version, it is fixed and the download link is updated. (The only code difference is changing the file name. The Gui version saves to the same file and things got really ...

Here is a java program I mad (with my brother's help) That makes a random/symmetrical bzmap. What makes the program special is instead of making the map out of boxes and pyramids, it makes it out of groups. Then all you have to do is define the group and the map can be filled with any object you can...

Re: Missile War 2.3: Sticky walls

This is a rather rare occurrence so don't count on it while you are playing. I have also seen this in castle warfare and one of my own maps. I think it ...
