Rough can also mean a small or vague outline of, ie: not providing too many specific details.

For example, you make a "rough draft" or something. It may have perfect spelling and grammar, but it just covers the outline of your final idea or solution.

I cleaned up the edges a bit, and removed the anti-aliasing. PSD with separate colors is available. You cannot make the texture from a image you found on Google.

That would be stealing the image without consent from the author.

The only way you can use an image from "Google" is if:
a) It's licensed under a license to allow that.
b) You contact the author and get permission.

piet Jeff already mentioned that Saturos used Inkscape. As a side note, asking what program someone uses to make something is sort of pointless. You could easily accomplish this in almost any image editing program, such as GIMP, Photoshop, Illustrator, Pixelmator, etc. Asking what software someone ...

Yeah, there are a few known issues with BZFlag on 10.5.5. For one, Macbooks with GMA X3100 Intel integrated cards experience a extremely substantial drop in FPS, which can be fixed by turning off smoothing. Apple states that 10.5.5 includes "significant graphical enhancements", which gener...

If it's considered I'll spend some time cleaning up the edges and removing the anti-aliasing.

I'd recommend not putting all this information onto a separate site.

Instead, start putting it all on the wiki, which is more or less the "home base" for all BZFlag information.

Please read what we've said. 1) Blast has told you we cannot even use this template if we wanted to, due to the copyright and TOS on homestead.com. 2) It does not properly serve what the main website should do. 3) It has absolutely nothing to do with an online game. As Jeff (and others) have said, i...

Please explain how that design has anything to do with BZFlag, or any game, at all. There are no images that even suggest what BZFlag is, or does. It looks more like something a Greek restaurant would use. (Oh hey, according to the text on the page it is a restaurant theme.) It looks like a website ...

Your ISP is probably having some routing issues, or is configuring some hardware.

Give it a week or so, and if you still have no UDP, try contacting them to see if they're having issues.

I made a Drupal template for the new website when/if it goes live, you can see here: http://busyflag.org I believe there were plans to eventually use something like it for the main page eventually, although plans may have changed. Plans were to use LDAP for authentication, and load up a Drupal modul...

A "hacker" in this context is someone who downloads the code, makes a couple mods, then joins a server.

Just ban him/her and be done with it.

The main part of programming is solving problems. If you cannot find a Python tutorial by yourself, I don't think you'll be able to learn to program.

That's not "renaming" the picture.

That is exporting it in a new format. Of course it works.

Because it was created while the program was still in active development.

As well, it was built by a developer, so it's more "official".

BZFlagr, divi, Fairserve - down for (short?) unknown time

EDIT - Back up I would usually post this on our website - but, well, yeah that doesn't really work if it's down. We're experiencing some really weird routing issues with our server right now, and aren't exactly sure when it'll be back up. Effected Servers - Missile War - Divi servers - Fairserve se...

You'll want to start learning C++, since that is what BZWorkBench is written in. I recommend this tutorial: http://www.cplusplus.com/doc/tutorial/ You don't need to spend tons of time on it, maybe just spend 20-30 minutes a day, or an hour or two total every week going through, doing the tutorials. ...

I never found a good capture program for Windows. The best I could find was Windows Media Encoder , but it appears they've removed the capture part from the program. Could be wrong, though. If you have access to a Mac, I highly recommend Screenflow . It's $99, but it has a very tiny impact on system...

Which clutters up your desktop with images... versus BZFlag filing them away neatly to a folder.
