I am sorry, but I didn't get most of that. I got to here: https://bzflag.svn.sourceforge.net/svnr ... nk/bzflag/
but then I don't know where to go or what to do. What is "cd"? And how do I create the drectory.
By the way, I am on a mac.

I am having big troubles with Wings 3D
I know how to use wings and everything, the problem is this: 1. I successfully installed the BZW plug-in 2. I made an object with Wings 3D 3. I tried to export it to a BZW file 4. I told the app. where I wanted the new file to save and clicked save, instead of saving, it brought up a window inside o...

Re: Warfare- Tunnel ~ by Metroid Prime
Yeah, now there's another problem. I can't find the file once they are auto saved. I look for them in finder, but they just don't seem to exist. I know that they were auto saved because it said so in BZ, but I don't know where they are.

This is my brand new map. It has alot of different flags and alot of strategies that can be employed to lead your team to victory. It is a four team capture the flag with four seperate tunnels that all meet at the center, the rest of the map covered in obstacles. Download it and try it out yourself....

What team are hunters on?
I have an interesting question and I don't have any idea of the answer. First, what is the abbreviation for rabbit hunt gamestyle in the code? Second, If I want the hunters to spawn in a certain place, how do I do that? I know the basic code, just what team are they considered? You know, 2,2,2,2,2,2...

Re: Physics Arena v1.1~ by Metroid Prime
Ummm, I would like it to be a GNU, I guess. I'm not really sure about all the licensing stuff, I just don't want anybody to steal it and claim it to be their own work, or change it slightly and claim it. Other than that, all I know is that I made it with ibzedit and then edited in a plain text edito...

To Agent West~ yes, it should look similar to yours. I got the inspiration for mine from you. To Positive Gravity~ I don't know what is wrong because it doesn't happen to me. Sorry about that To Tobylane~ Thanks for the input, I hadn't thought about the GM. I might take those out and replace them wi...

Re: Testing a map without a server
Oh, sorry, it just wouldn't work. When I opened it, it wasn't a program, it just showed me the source code. I want something that will work on a mac, Blast's doesn't. Do you have any other suggestions?

Physics Arena v1.1~ by Metroid Prime
Here is my first map that I have made that i am satisfied with. You can download the file below and check it out. If anyone would like to host it on their server, tell me. Anyway, about the map. The whole base is a bunch of physics drivers and there is a surprise box in the middle of the map. It is ...

Re: i need help with IBZEdit on mac
To test your map (if you want that), you simply save and then press command+T. If you are wanting it to be actually available for others to play, you have to find someone with a server who is willing to host your map. Map size doesn't really matter, you just keep tweaking it until it is the size you...

Testing a map without a server
Ok, I use ibzedit for my basic mapmaking, but then I add in options, complicated stuff, etc. with a plain old text editor. So my question is, I build the map and then edit the text. But when I try to test it in ibz, it wont let me save. Every time I save, however, it reverts back to the basic (witho...
