If you have allot of other programs running that might be it. If you are useing windows try and downloading a older version (they have lower graphics). Do you have all the effects/display settings cranked up under options? Try turning them down. If you have dial up it doesn't help.

the screen still goes away after it says on the picture attached.

the comand prompt comes up and says a ton of things like

and it keeps on going
realy fast and then goes away
