I think BZFlag is fine for now. I agree, I've seen less matches. Of course, I don't help contribute to that at all since I'm not on a team...Maybe I should join one...but I'm in no teams for all leagues anyways. xD
Sorry guys that I didn't take the time to test this enough, but I fixed a few things in the map generator that increases the actual playability of the maps generated including: -Pillbox diagonal setup was believe it or not uneven and created a slightly unfair map. They were shifted over -16.5,-16.5....

Here is my Pillcati map that you may have seen online a few times before. The goal of this map was to combine pillbox and ducati in such a way that old gameplay features could come together and form a newer unique experience of gameplay. This map has a few unique features including the defensive lin...
Notepad++ fans, here is a custom syntax coloring for this program. Since Notepad++ is only for windows users, I might be able to write up something for another programming language for another editor, or perhaps integrate it into another program somehow. (What does everyone else use, out of curiosi...
Per request of certain people that wish to see this map revived on a server I can no longer provide, here are the maps. Thank you everyone in the BZFlag community for reliving memories and giving me the chance to say that the community is one great bunch of people who come together to have fun. (The...

Starting on December 26th, there will be a BZHockey Tournament as the soccer fields will freeze up from this date until January 31st. (A day before my birthday) During this time, there will be about 8 matches for this tourney. Although it's barely been mentioned, I might as well mention it here sinc...

The BZSoccer League will soon be trying to reform and restart this whole league. Currently, there are a few players per team that still play BZFlag, but it would be nice to start reforming new teams and get going again. This may mean that some teams may have to start all over, but it doesn't matter....

You can turn it into a mesh. I tend to use mesh inside 0.5 0.5 0.5 vertex 0 0 0 #0 vertex 0 0 1 vertex 1 0 1 #2 vertex 1 0 0 vertex 0 1 0 #4 vertex 0 1 1 vertex 1 1 1 #6 vertex 1 1 0 face vertices 0 3 2 1 endface face vertices 0 4 7 3 #bottom endface face vertices 1 5 4 0 endface face vertices 2 6 5...

Say you have 4 servers. If you specify a group file with certain permissions for that specific group and give all 4 servers that, you manage your players on here, and then they are admin/cop/whatever on all the servers. On the other hand, if you have local groups, you'd have to go to each of the 4 s...

I'd easily call myself a 6 to 7. Though I notice many players online are better than me, I'd say I am better than more than half the players that play BZFlag. No map I play on really changes my skill level as I use the same tactics for every single map. I do not snipe, I like to stay active and run ...

With BZFlag, you can do in a command line, bzflag.exe -echo, and when you finish playing, the directory the bzflag program was in will have a stdout.txt file in which you can open it and see the history of messages. I'm not sure what it's really limited to if it is limited, but I know it's there.
Here is a suggestion for how that mode Might behave. When a game starts, or right after a score, a bullet hovers over a specified location (like the center of the map) and no one can shoot. The first tank that touches the bullet "has the ball", in other words only that tank can shoot. If ...
BZEdit32 hasn't really been getting any real updates lately, and was stopped long ago. It is discontinued and the Plugins menu was simply there as an idea of including them later on, however they never were added as a feature, so therefore there are no plugins to download.
Very useful Enigma. I modified it for our Jumping Skillz map where when you reach a certain platform, you can do /save and you can spawn at that box next time, so it's kinda like a checkpoint. Thanks alot for your work on this Enigma, very useful.
