I like green because it has better camo. On many maps, it is the most difficult for me to see, radar or hud. Consequently, I prefer to be green rather than play against green.
On hix, I like purple.

Beenz: It takes a while (longer than that for me!) to get the hang of it. You can let an admin know that you are new. There are some players that will help you out and give you pointers. You can also practice alone or with another player on an unpopulated map to develop your skills. After a few mont...

If you have a copy of Windows, use Boot Camp to create a Windows partition, install Windows, boot up your iMac in Windows, and run the BZ Windows client. It's faster than the Mac client. If you'd reasd above you'd know that this isn't a software issue. Apple shipped the new Imacs with broken hardwa...

I'm using RC2, and it works very well. Is there a way to control the size of the window after minimizing it? Also, when I unconfine the mouse, wierd things happen, and when I revert to full screen mode, the mouse is confined to the windowed area. I am using RC2 on Windows XP on a Intel-based Mac, so...

Great Job!
Great intro music! Loved listening to you guys speaking. You were all great. I can't decide if CBG should play a young James Bond in the next movie or anchor the BBC news. And I now know how to pronounce Legolas' name. I have never met another BZ player in person, except my eldest daughter and her f...

Played today. Twenty-six players. It was great! However, the teams were unbalanced with respect to players' abilities. There was another thread on the bb about trying to balance teams because players tend to leave if the teams are grossly mismatched. The blue team had excellent players, and they rul...

QoS Router Settings?
I searched the forum but did not find any specific information. I have a home-based FIOS connection rated at 20 down and 5 up. My computer and another computer are connected via ethernet. A third computer uses a wireless connection. There is also a VoIP telephone router and VoIP-type alarm system ro...

Razer DeathAdder
Razer DeathAdder (when playing the Windows version, since there isn't a Mac driver; otherwise, a Razer Pro or Razer Diamondback).
It is a great mouse. It is very comfortable and fast.
Microsoft also sells a version of the DeathAdder with some different features, IIRC.
