Substitutions

It has been the policy, to allow teams to change players during a match. This allows teams which show up with more than 3 (or 2) players to give everyone a chance to play or replace a player which has some unexpected problems. There has always been some discussion whether subbing is fair or not, however.
The basic rule is to do it in a fair manner, i.e. the fact that the new player will popup on the home base should not give the team an advantage (for example by switching players, when the other team is near your flag). However, it has shown that maybe we need stricter rules. One idea would be to allow substitutions only after your or the other team captured a flag. In case of an emergency (computer of one player has crashed or something) it might be ok to strive from that rule, btu I guess it's a good guideline.
