I was thinking about that may people choose throw "Poll" ore what ever a kinda Allstarsteam that will be in the http://www.bzflag.org/league .. about 5-8 members from differnt teams , ore maybe just 2 from one team i dont know ... and the will play matches ...

sorta i think that would be a nice idea ...

I forgot about it but my idea it was for 4 tanks Vs the best team"of the moment".
Now I think the best team are "The legendary ZeeBrothers"

I think this would cause a bit of grumpness as there are quite a few good CTF players that may not get invited or included.

I am only an average CTF player, because FFA is more of my thing, but I can already list at least 20 or more CTF players that are some of the best and all deserve "all-star" recognition. This would be quite a huge team, and would have to be cut down in size.

I'm not sure how you would select the members. May be I misunderstood your original poll post??

An All Star Team could be really cool if it were realllllllly big! Then you could split it into a few separate teams and play an All Star tournament.

This team a need the permissions from the ADM. of CTF league.
I'm asking if is possible to have in future this team.
Just an IDEA.

If we should have a "All Star Team" (for CTF anyway) it would require more active teams/players. I think the league is just too small at this point.

I would suggest more new teams

Actually I think alot of regular-playing people dont feel they are good enough to enter the league. If we got more new teams with not so much experience it would properly change that.

But its cool that we got a few new active teams lately

And I hope you guys continue even if lose a few points

I think you can have more team with:
Max players allowed 6 or 7 ...no more.
And (bad for SGI):
First step: All players that are part of CTF League must be part of a team.
Second:Delete all inactive players ...ehehhehe finally.

AND after........
I least one game a month for a Team.......or losing rating points.

The minimum should be at least 10 matches a month! Even 1 match a month is [or should I say "I"] pretty darn inactive for a team. (Hint, Hint: The Moles!!)

ten is too much.....4 should be the average.......basically, once a weekend, letting the HOW team fix their broken egos should at least take a week......
