Your CTF history

Here's the idea... post the history of what teams you've been on, why you changed teams, etc. in this thread. I'll start it off.

Well.. let's see. I started on Dervish's Raiders Of The Lost Flag team last year (in September or something).
That team was closed, so, in hopes of an FFA League forming, I opened The Titans (which is still a valid team and will play if the FFA League ever does happen).
When I got broadband I decided to play CTF a bit. I got hooked on CTF and decided to open a new team under an alias. So, I became "[%] Fearless Leader" for a while and started The Untouchables.
After a while, The Untouchables merged with The Scurvy Dogs and we became The Untouchable Scurvy Dogs. We played pretty well as USD, but the team became more inactive, and as SGI pointed out in another thread, had a lot of members.
After much thought (I didn't want to make anyone angry) I opened The Atomic Fireballs.. and they are my current team.

First i was an [*a*]

went because not aktive no matches ....
2 many members and they behaved to aggrasive to other players
bzdoug / noodleman / the rest 18 i didnt know ;D

ULT (ultimate lagging tanks)
inaktive / no matches / leader had no time beacause school / Nicole hardly nevery played / Quol became his second baby ^^

super team aswell
Nicole / Quol / Skipp / teatree

penguins
[TeA|TrEE] (penguins)
went because the leader was only there at work days at we were most matches and leader wasnt there. Hardy played any matches but a great team !! Lots of them the work was in the way but now root and bomber seem to be aktive

aktive team super team !
We all are good conected too each other !

Was on Blitz,left because of inacticity and LT.D cheating. Joined TTT,inactive,made my own team,Bzbuddies,not successful,then the joined the Avengers,my best team so far.

Started in Gerbils team with Apache and Blackhound long long ago...

We kinda disbanded so I created the Avengers and invited Apache and BH...

And here I still am with a team im very happy with

Avengers: Apache, SGI, Firewolf, Legolas, Blackhound, and Me

Ok Im going to repeat my words:
I was reluctant to play in a team but after a little bit(2yrs.) I joined the USD.Somebody ask me why you changed team.
I want my lawyer......I plead the fifth....... :
I changed teams because the total of player it was 11 or 12 USD .
The Avengers only two(Ski and Apache) the other 2 bh and firewolf they are so busy with her/his work ...and probably now they dont know what is it BzFlag .
Ski open the "Join" to give me permission to join the Avengers and in the same time Legolas Joined the Avengers.
And now we have a team with 6(4) tanks from the oldest SKI (50 years old) to the youngest SGI (11).
There is a secret story behind ...but you need to wait Classify Documents

Started with KR on TSD (the scurvy dogs) then moved with the team in the merger with the Untouchables.. Now i'm part of the temporarily inactive USD (untouchable scurvy dogs)

Well, a long long time ago, I was recruited into z00 (zed double zero) by nuum, but when he vanished I left due to inactivity. I wasn't on any team for a long while, but then joined Consumption. When Consumption started bursting due to too many teammates, I left and joined the newly formed BzR (BzRebels) and that's where I am today.

Joined the Frogs in hopes of boosting an underdog team. Left because of unstable and predictable playing times. Am now a freelancing agent employed by BAMF.

I started on consumption, with dinah, izto and condon.
I think this was at the begining of the league. We played 3 or 4 matches, but dinah left play bz and we didn't play more.

Then I join BZ:Evolved with storm and terminator. I stoped to play
bz for a time, and when i returned, the team had been deleted.

Now I am in Fortix, for a long time i hope.

gosh i was fan from them i loved to play fun matches with them .....
Such good team , sm , CapN , car , bamf and who was the 5th ore were there only 4 ?

Aaaahhhh......those were the days..

Geeezzz with all this confusion you would think that we would have even won some matches. I'm glad you guys enjoyed the LOops...it was fun.

My history is nice and short.

I started playing last fall (almost a year now!) and began my "learning" phase. After many repeated comments by others that I was "no longer a newbie", I was urged by many (*ahem* many players) that I should join a league team.

I had no such plans to join a team, even after 3 months or so of almost daily playing. Until I was finally enticed and urged by a couple persuasive, funny, and altogether encouraging bzladies.

My original plans of waiting till I rocked even the best were sidetracked when I joined the BZRebels on their onset creation. It was a new team on the bottom, which appealed to me much more than several of the considerably better teams that offered me a spot. The players had much room to grow, like myself. They are an active and rather fun crew to be associated with.

That was, by and large, my main reason for breaking my plans of not joining a team at all for some time. The focus was on FUN and having a good time. So that's what I'm doing.

So, here I am, some time later. You're more likely to find me involved in developer chatter these days, but I still frolick around on the CTF fields often enough.
