How can I activate my team?(Need to make it still)

First you make it, then you play matches.
That makes your team active.

(Check if you and your teammate(s) are on the GU League spawnlist, otherwise you cant spawn on the match servers. How to check? If you cant talk on a match server, you are not on the spawnlist).

Now I am in a team. How should I know when we have to play a match?

When you and a teammate are on together you can find another team and ask them to match. If you're new to this they can probably help you get to the server and all that. After you're done send a match report to one of the gu refs or ask the other team to (look at the gu site contact page- that will tell you how to report: http://gu.bzleague.com/index.php?link=contact).
