Going NR - Reproducible

When I issue the "/banlist" command on a GU League server I go NR.
I'm assuming that the reason is due to the size of the file.
Perhaps such files could be sent a few lines at a time.

That would require changing the code for bzfs. Essentially the send buffer is being filled up, so the server is dropping your connection.
