memberlist search?

I was thinking, maybe a search function or something that at least simplifies browsing for members could be added?
It's kind of hard right now if you're trying someone with a callsign that starts with an "s" and you don't have much else info.

phpbb3 has much better features for searching users ( and is a lot better overall ). We are currently evaluating it for upgrade.
