It appears the ANSI codes were copied as well.

What Terminal are you using? Terminal encoding? OS? BZAdmin version?

That'd be a start.

oops, I used konsole before with -echo. I use xterminal to do the command that logs, so there is no output after the command is run in there.

Did you use -echo or -echoAnsi?

I did't do any -echo to get the code at the top of the page, I did....

Oh, bzadmin...guess that would have been a nice detail to add in, since the graphical client can output stuff to the terminal as well. It's probably using the curses UI. You'll want to pass -ui stdout to bzadmin before your username/password/server. That should leave out the ANSI coloring.
