my sister downloaded bzflag but the newest one wont connect to the internet so i downloaded 2.0.0 but that one cant connect to any sever

The problem isn't the game.
You really don't have to download a new version to fix the problem.

Check your network setup/preferences, and make sure that you are connected to the internet.

she has a low or good connection and connected ps we are wireless

1. Is on the computer a firewall running?

2. Change the follwing in the BZFlag Config:

Search: #set list http://my.BZFlag.org/db/

to

Change it to: set list http://my.BZFlag.org:81/db/

U can find the config file:

Windows
My Documents\My BZFlag Files\2.0\config.cfg

Mac OS X
~/Library/Application Support/BZFlag/2.0/config.cfg

Linux and unix platforms
~/.bzf/2.0/config.cfg

1. Is on the computer a firewall running? yes and bzflag2.0.8s allowed

2. Change the follwing in the BZFlag Config:
done and it connnects but new problem
it happens on every sever

Try turning off the firewall and see if you can connect then. If so, you know it's not configured properly.

still dont work its not the firewall
